One of the things I’ll miss most about this home is the location. It’s very convenient and easy access to anywhere in the Capital District. Located in a respectful neighborhood on a one-way block road and relatively quiet for being in the middle of the city. It’s so close to so many shops & grocery stores! The paved driveway can fit two cars and off-street parking for four. 

I will miss spending summer nights by the pool and on the deck! One of my favorite things about the backyard was the openness and new stockade privacy fence. The pool was amazing for those hot summer days! We will miss this home dearly. I hope 19 Glen Ave will give you as much joy as it has given me.
